Classrooms Booked to Capacity
Lutheran High simply doesn’t have enough learning space right now. Classrooms are fully booked throughout the day, and many spaces are being used in ways they weren’t designed for. Without more classrooms, it's simply impossible to offer additional courses.
Weight Room too Crowded
Our sports programs are growing—and that’s taking its toll on the weight room. To fully tap the potential of our school’s strength and conditioning program, several teams need to train at the same time—something that’s not always possible with today’s limited space.
Band Room Bursting at Seams
Our marching band has sharp, classy uniforms now —but still has to practice in its 1970s-vintage band room that doesn’t even offer storage space for musical instruments.
Attractive New Wing
A new wing along the west side of the gym will complete the expansion started earlier this decade, unifying the campus architecturally.
Ten New Classrooms
New classrooms will relieve the stress on our existing rooms, lower our student-to-teacher ratio, and allow the school more diversity in our course offerings.
Expanded Weight Room
Multiple teams will have the room to train at the same time—a necessity for a top-level athletics program like ours.
Modern New Band Room and Wood Shop
Our band will have the modern practice room that it deserves, with plenty of space to both rehearse and store musical instruments. Next door, shop students will have a new wood shop to hone their skills in.
